Lead Programmer

You will be responsible for leading a development team.
You have to produce technical specifications based on game designs.
Ensuring good communication between programmers and other members of the team.
Work with the Technical Director, Producer and programmers to determine tasks and schedule requirements.
You have enthusiasm for video games.
At least five years experience in game development.
Already worked in a leading role.
Excellent knowledge of C++ and at least heard of assembler and 3d math.
You are highly motivated to achieve set goals.
You will have an understanding of the main gaming platforms.
