Keen Games is an independent developer with a long history of developing games for PC, consoles, handhelds and mobile. With Enshrouded we are now embarking on a new journey called self-publishing. For our upcoming release of Enshrouded we're seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Ecommerce Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about the gaming industry, have experience in digital game publishing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will hold a critical role in designing, promoting, and executing comprehensive digital and ecommerce campaigns. You'll collaborate with 1st party platforms like Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, as well as 3rd party online retailers to drive traffic and revenue. Your expertise in growth/performance marketing, content marketing, communications, data analytics, and consumer insights will be essential. Your primary goal is to capture the interest and demand of our international audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the global presence of Enshrouded. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Storefront Management: Take ownership of digital storefronts on platforms like Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store as well as digital 3rd Party retailer, ensuring optimal visibility and performance.
• Global Pricing: Monitor currency rates and adjust pricing strategies as needed to maximize sales across regions.
• Develop our Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute ecommerce campaigns in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager for release, updates, DLCs and sales events.
• Platform Relations: Foster relationships with platform holders to enhance our visibility on their stores.
• User Acquisition: Drive user acquisition strategies, including store optimization, monetization, and player retention.
• Cross-Platform Support: Secure inclusion in key industry events and ensure cross-platform support for our titles.

Skills and Experience:

• You must have experience in digital game publishing, with an understanding of storefront management and digital distribution channels for games.
• Experience selling products through third parties and tracking sales data.
• Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
• A growth mindset, high intrinsic motivation, and a thirst for learning and professional growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with platform holders.
• Proven ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry.
• Passion for gaming and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
